壹Acceptance of Terms

By launching, playing, or otherwise using Crimson Cast — Scarlet Shallows ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Game. By casting Crimson Cast, you enter scarlet waters and accept these terms.

貳License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
• Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product.

參Game Content

All visual elements, sounds, characters, gameplay mechanics, text, and code in CRIMSON CAST are the property of the Game's creators and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No fish, item, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

肆Fair Play

You agree to play the Game in a fair and lawful manner. You will not:

伍No Real-Money Gambling
